Click the Webitor link at the bottom of your website to launch Webitor. - Go to the "Newsletter" tab.

Click the create new newsletter button.
- Tick Create my newsletter from scratch.

Type in the name of your newsletter (eg: August Newsletter).
- The date is so you can keep record of the newsletters.
- Click Next.

Now create your newsletter. You can type text, insert images, just like editing any page on your website.

Once you are happy with the newsletter, press the "SEND NEWSLETTER" button up the top left.
- Preview your newsletter by sending yourself a test email.
NOTE: Email programs can display newsletters differently, most will block images until you click "allow images".
- If you are happy with how your newsletter looks click "Yes, Continue"
- Now select who to send the newsletter to
- tick the box next to the database you want send the newsletter to

click "Yes Send My Newsletter!"

And there we go, your newsletter will be sent out to everyone.
